Poor Service with incorrect calculations
I'm not happy at all with Roadside Assistance Service from tracker,On the 20th April i requested a towing service and the consultant i spoke to told me that I'm covered for 40km round trip,which i understand and know how it is calculated,I simply told the consultant that he must contact me back if there any extra km, He did not do so and send the tow truck, Yesterday i received an SMS stating that they're going to debit me R623 for the extra cost and my subscription fee, From point of dispatch to pickup location, drop off and sp going to their yard is within the radius.

I spoke to Nomthandazo Hadebe and she’s assured me that i will be refunded and later received an email from Richard stating that the credit has been passed on my account and that was on the 23rd of May, yet today I’m still waiting, It remains your responsibility to ensure that i get my money back not the other way round?
