Poor Service Provider

I am very disappointed with the service provided by Tracker. For the past 3 months i've been noticing that if i can leave my key tag i don't get any calls from Tracker as they confirmed that i need to make sure that when i drive my car i must have my key tag with me which will alert them that i am the one driving the car and should i forget the tag then they call me to find out if i am ok and i am the one driving the car.

This has not been happening up until i press the panic button yesterday so that Tracker can give me a call and have explain the situation to them and the lady by the name of Gomotso if i remember the name correctly advised that she will escalate the matter to her senior which will give me a call yesterday and to date i have not receive the call from Tracker and wondering where is my safety here? The reason why i left one of their competitors is the same reason of incompetency when coming to the service they provide and i hate to pay for service that does not benefit me at all.

I will appreciate if Tracker can resolve this issue A.S.A.P and failure which i will have to cancel their service because clearly i am paying them for doing nothing.
