Poor Service made my problem

I sold my vehicle in July 2016 and advised tracker of that when I cancelled my Insurance policy. The person on the call centre said that they will updated the account accordingly. In February 2017 I realized that they are still deducting money via debit order. (my mistake, I did not interrogate my statements monthly). I phoned Tracker again, who at this point had no record of me calling the first time. Again the person on the call centre said that she would make a note and close the account. I also contacted the bank to block the debit orders (I did not trust their admin).... In May 2017 I received a call from a debt collection attorney on behalf of Tracker wanting to recover outstanding fees since February. Again when I phoned and demanded to speak to a supervisor at Tracker was there no record of me contacting them and again they promised to look into the matter and close the account. THey also promised to come back to me. Till today, the only people coming back to me on this matter is the debt collectors - so again, tracker has failed to reverse the outstanding money that was as a result of their mistakes. They are messing up my credit record - I have not even asked about all the money they took for 6 months since July!! I wish for this to stop and for my credit record to be cleared and the debt collector attorneys to STOP harrassing me. IF YOU THINK IF JOINING TRACKER... DONT"!!! Rather join NetStar or C-Track.... at least they wont ***** from you in broad daylight.

I did receive a phone call and the lady tried to explain that due to the fact that they cannot find my first call (I dialled from office that will not show up with a number) and I did not have an exact time and reference number they are not able to assist.

I essence, with no evidence (the fact that I sold my car and cancelled the policy with Outsurance apparently does not matter) it remains my problem.

I did again not ask for money back for months that I was wrongly charged, but that the R300 was not continuing to cause an impact on my credit score.

It is not about R300, but a principle matter that I have to jump through hoops and not get resolution due to someone at Tracker not doing their job.

I asked for e-mail confirmations on calls, still no reply. I am not in the position to take calls during the day - yet even when asking that it seem to fall of deaf ears.

I simply want a mail stating that they will stop impacting my credit score and harrassing me on money that I does not owe them.

Please can someone with a decision making mandate contact me next time.
