Poor Service from Tracker & Lack of communication

Tracker conducted a remote test on my vehicle and found no response and they advised me to take it to my nearest centre so that they will replace the unit. I called one of the Tracker Testing Centre to make an appointment and the Tracker Centre said they will come back to me they must first send my request to the 'head office' and its over a week still no response and i waited to be called back. ( SECUREFIT MIDDELBURG & WITBANK , 2 Watermeyer Street, Klipfontein Witbank ***) If they have not called me it means tracker has come back to them.<br> <br> Tracker at the end of the month will be debiting with no hesitation while i sit with a car without any tracking unit. <br>
