Poor service from Tracker Connect

I was on the line with one of their "supervised" sales consultants to purchase two services for my vehicles when the line got cut at the point of getting my log in details done. She never phoned me back. I then called customer services, but they could not help me. I then called sales again and 'Lifo' promised to call me back. This did not happen either. If this is my first impressions what kind of security and recovery will they provide. I will now go to Netstar.
