Poor service from Tracker Connect
I have had issues with Tracker Connect for some time, I called, and my issue has since been escalated with NO ONE updating me on the matter. When I am in a danger zone, the phone rings but whenever I answer it hangs up then automatically calls my parents. What will happen the day I am in serious danger with my car and this happens? I've been paying religiously for this service, but I am NOT receiving it. Can someone call me and update me on the escalation of this matter when I called? Otherwise, I am ready to cancel this tracker and consider other options.
