Poor service from Tracker and installation agent in Hatfield Pretoria
I bought a bakkie and requested tracker to install the tracker as I have two mother cars with tracker but they asked one of their installation agent in Hatfield to assist me but I was sent from pillar to post as the agent said to me they will come to work place to install the unit but the technician never arrived when Icallednthem. They said the technician was coming but I made several follow ups, they kept on saying the technician is his way. But at around 13h00 that when they said said they do not have stock of the tracker I requested.
I now fear that my car may not be covers by my insurance if I got hijacked or car is ****** assthe tracker is the condition for cover.
They installation agent **** to me and tracker consultants never revert back to me after calling the agent.
I am very disappointed with tracker. I wonder I'd they can find my car if it's ******?
