Poor service from tracker

I am realy unhappy with the service that tracker offers to their customers.

I am a client for 3 weeks now, an sms was going to be send to me the day that I joined with the company with a user name and password to log in to the app to be aboe to track my car to this date still no sms received and this is after numerous calls from them where I have told them that I need the sms
