Poor service from Tracker

Impossible to do business with Tracker. Despite many emails and phone calls, where you are place on hold for 30 minutes, there has been no response to my request for a vehicle tracking system. Conversely, I contacted Netstar who responded immediately and could not be more helpful. I need the comfort of having a tracking system that is responsive and does not route you through a labyrinth of online referrals. If you are looking for a vehicle tracking company please check out Netstar first.
