poor service for just for change of company

one of the worst company to do any changes and their so-called professional business consultant named Abi Makau, I send him an email on the 07-02-2022 up unit today this person hasn't done the changes I have asked him to make, one of the most useless companies in south Africa just because of your consultant , I have been with tracker since 2013 I have never had such issue but this person has forced me to do this and tracker call center is being helpless I'm on the verge on canceling all my policy with tracker , is this how you help your customers and as customer I have to call all the time to do changes waste my airtime because your consultant name Abi Makau did not do his work , please I don't want this guy to do anything to my account .
