Poor Service Delivery

It's apparent that this company does not want our business. After a consultant by the name of Grace had sent a a very brief description of a business tracker, I had reached out to them asking if they had more of a variety that they had to offer for business vehicle tracking. I received a very short and rude response saying that she had sent me the information for business vehicle tracking and nothing more. I called into their center to ask for more information to be sent to me as my manager would really like to go with Tracker. A gentleman promised that he would send through more information on their business vehicle cover, and still nothing. Do not worry though; their competitors such as Cartrack and Netsar have gladly sent me everything that they have to offer and have been following up with me consistently. We will gladly give our business to either Netstar or Cartrack as its clear that tracker does not want ours
