Poor Service

I was hijacked on the 31st of January and I was asked by the insurance to provide the trip log I have spoken to 5 agents (Thabo, Lethu, Blessing(who was extremely rude) to this date all of them are logging a request with the other department and promising that i will receive the report by the end of the day. .
