POOR SERVICE AT TRACKER

My name is Modiba MM, I am having a problem with Tracker. Their customer service is very bad. My car was involved in an accident long time ago and I called and reported that I no longer have a car they must cancel the account. They didn't cancel and recently I have been receiving messages that they will take legal action against me. They sent me a message to settle 50% of the amount and I did, and even sent them an email to cancel and also proof of payment but now they don't want to cancel the account saying it is already with their legal department. Their service is very bad and I don't think I will ever do business with them again
