Poor Service at best.

I made the unit transfer on the 30th of August 2024, to the tracker technician who came to install the unit in the new car and I have an installation certificate, however, to date, the new car does not appear on their app. The customer service doesn't know if the unit is active. I have been calling the customer centre every second day and have been promised that it will appear. initially was after 78 hours, recently before the end of the business but we are already on the 19th day. I have three (3) cars with them but cannot wait for the end of the contractor to move.
