Poor Service and Unresolved Account Transfer

Very poor service from Tracker Connect. I requested a transfer from the trust/corporate account to my mother’s personal pensioner account, but the matter was not resolved properly despite many follow-ups. Payments were made, yet an arrears letter was still sent. I am now requesting proper account closure, correction, and a refund.

Reviewer Update
The issue started in June/July 2025 when I requested that the Tracker account details be updated and moved from a trust/corporate structure to a personal account, as the trust was no longer operational and the service was for a pensioner. In August 2025, after receiving a price increase notice, I again contacted Tracker and asked how to downgrade the account because it was for a retired pensioner. The matter was then forwarded internally by Tracker to different departments. In September 2025, Tracker acknowledged that the account should move over to a consumer/personal account with a downgrade.Despite this, the matter was still not resolved. I followed up again in March 2026 and clearly stated that the account had not been switched to personal. Tracker then requested that a change of ownership process be completed, which confirmed that the transfer was still being dealt with months after my original request.By May 2026, a new personal account invoice was issued, charging R179 per month. However, I still need clarification on why this amount is being charged, as the account is for a pensioner and should qualify for the correct pensioner or reduced personal rate.In June 2026, Tracker then sent an arrears letter for the old account, claiming an outstanding amount of R320. This is very concerning because the transfer had already been requested many times, the matter had been forwarded internally, and payments had been made successfully over many months. The payment history shows that regular payments were made throughout 2025 and 2026, including monthly payments of approximately R313.36, R320, R330, and a later payment of R600. Therefore, I do not understand why the old account was not closed, credited, or properly reconciled.I am requesting that Tracker fully investigate this matter, close the old account, reverse any incorrect arrears, confirm the correct pensioner/personal monthly rate, and refund any overcharges caused by the delay in processing the transfer and downgrade.
