Poor service and no communication

POOR POOR POOR service!! Promises made by consultants are not being put through as discussed, having the client sitting with problems that keep on escalating. Before rating a consultant's services wait for promises that were made to be implemented, otherwise you rate them on their friendliness just to find nothing else was done.
