Poor service and lies

You guys deserve a zero star, its all nice when you debit from my bank account when its time for help Zero show. I since received the sms that you busy trying to your best to recover my vehicle and yet the vehicle is parked home but your devices shows the location when last the main battery was disconnected. So devices does not have back up battery? yet i am on the Tracker Care product
