POOR SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES OF QUICK RECOVERY ADVERTI*****T

I am so disappointed and still disturbed and wondering why we have to pay for tracker when it is so useless. I've been paying tracker since September 2024 only to be disappointed on the 14th August 2026 when my car was ****** hardly 5 minutes after it was parked and upon realising that I immediately called tracker to report but they could not track the car and till today nothing has happened they keep sending me SMSs to say they have not been able to recover my car they will continue searching. Why pay all this money for not being able to track a vehicle within less than 10 minutes after theft? we should think again subscribing to such companies really. I am still interested to know how possible this was really. I asked one of the tracker people who called me on telling me that they're still searching he couldn't answer me why they could not locate the vehicle soon after the theft.
