Poor service and ******!

I had the worst experience with tracker. When I signed up with them in 2016 they never told me I was gonna pay R 800 should I cancell. Well I called to cancel I explained to them I know nothing abt the fee to be paid when cancelling they said they were going to investigate even now I guess they are still investigating. They don't forget to debit my account whereas am no longer in possession of the vehicle and their pathetic service that never worked for me. I do not need tracker anymore and M in no possession of a vehicle.
