Poor service

I have device installed in my car around September 2022.i was paying recovery premium for first month then upgraded to care premium which offer panic button. i have been waiting since then even today. i have been calling every week with promises but never attended. They promise to deliver the panic button to my address however the did not come nor call me.

3 months gone they still call not responding and i not even sure if im being covered by their services and i keep reminding them but with no respond.

The other thing worries me is that they keeps calling me and offering me with their services so i don't understand if their system can not show them that i am part of their members.

Should i don't get what i have requesting this month end of December 2022, i will cancel their services. I will not promote their services to anyone.
