Poor service

Tracker service is very poor and pathetic,I had a car which I traded in and I informed them to cancel the contract ,I was told to pay cancelation fee which I did,I requested for cancelation even to-date they are still debiting my account,I'm paying for the car which is no longer owned by me. I continued with them with the second car still used tracker however my car is ****** not recovered I was told if the car is ****** the contract gets canceled automatically to my demise I'm still debited. I'm paying for 2 vehicles and I no longer have a car it's been months. This tracker company is pathetic I wouldn't not recommend anyone to use it ,I really loved the company thought they were not matched ,I thought it's the best we had in the country,I lost hope in them ,their agents needs training I don't think they know what they are doing. Overall the company is not professional.....
