POOR SERVICE

Worst experience ever! Not only are the staff call (center agents) rude but they have an attitude as well. No communication with clients whatsoever but their quick to debit off amounts I was told nothing of. From R199 to R206. I've instructed them to forward me my statement and nothing was done. I phone them their lines are not answered or you can hear them but they can't hear you. I'd advise you all not to use Tracker, waste of money!!!!!
