Poor service

This company careless about the client, they only interested for our monies. Some1 installed this **** device on my car using my girlfriend' details, so now she is not working, I sold the car, but their hooligan rules says she must continue paying even though the car is sold and she's not working *** is that. When m asking them to downgrade because there is no income anymore. They tell you she must pay R390 SHE IS NOT WORKING. I wanted to do change of ownership to my name then they tell me I must pay R800, then I can't take this cartracker nonsense to my other car. They say cancellations fee is R1500, dude this lady was paying R105 because we could not afford to pay anything above that. Can God please help us. I regret the day I was kind to allow those strange people to spend 2hours in my car, and this are the results
