Poor service

Poor service I got, I canceled my contract with them 2 months after I join, after they debited amount that we did not agree with and when I reversed it, they keep on deducting it and different amount and they still deactivate their service but still deduct money in my account... I spoke to different people and none is able to assist. I requested to spk to manager and was advertised that manager wl call me untl today.. They now tell me that I must pay subscriptions for 36 months even though I canceled a contract 😳😳😳
