Poor service
More than 2 years ago I got a tracker device in my bakkie because the insurance want it in, the sales lady inform me it is only for years the contract, but after 2 years thy still deducted money from bank I phone Tracker they say it is s 3 year contract but they never send me a contract, when I ask them if they can tell where are the bakkie location then they say they can not tell because the contract are only for hyjacking, .... still they cant tell me if the device are working......... now why must I pay for if they cant give me suttisfaction

19 Oct 2017, 06:04I have listen to the recording but the agent did not give me an option and did not explain to me the pro and donts of the so call contract.....and device still I Tracker cant tell me where my car are.......... and how the going to RETRIEVE my car...... and why must I pay for something that Tracker can't retrieve my car or assist me in time of need.
