Poor Service

Bought a demo car November 2013 from Audi Dealership. Tracker unit was installed in June 2013. My car was not loaded on Tracker system for more than a year, Somebody else's car was loaded. Tracker refunded me the money. They now want me to install a new unit (new 3 year contract or pay cash for it) as they cannot activate the unit installed a year and a half ago. Alternatively I can uninstall the unit at a cost to me of R395.
