Poor service!!!

I had insurance with Pineapple Insurance, however they did not perform the services they promised. One of their services was to charge me a lower premium on the months I travelled few kms. In order for them to track my kms they installed a tracker from Tracker Connect. Pineapple Insurance didn’t honour they promise and as a result I was still paying a large premium even though they could clearly see I had travelled few kms each month (I work from home) I have had to cancel the insurance but tracker is still harassing me to pay for the tracker threatening my credit profile even though I have told them I won’t be paying a thing because Pineapple didn’t honour their duties so I shouldn’t be obligated to pay for a service I’m no longer using. I’ve told Tracker Connect countless times that they can come and remove their tracker or deactivate it, I’m not paying for a service I’m not using.
