Poor response time Tracker Connect

My rear driver tire burst on Sunday, it took tracker 4 working days to call and check if I am okay because their system indicated driver and car distress. On a Thursday evening 5pm they insisted they were only then detecting my car having problems. I can't imagine what would've happened if the situation was worse
