Poor, Disgusting and Pathetic Service from Tracker Conmect

I am Brunolyn Roro and would like to share a poor, disgrace and pathetic service one is receiving from Tracker Connect. The ****** panic button installed in my car is not working, for about 3 weeks now. I then reported the matter with their call center, then a consultant from Tracker by the name is Jason told me that their systems were hacked and technicians were busy looking into fixing then and they will be restored. I called again and again to get the panic button fixed, nothing has been done till today and it’s 4 weeks now. Instead, I was told that a technician will call me to arrange fitting or fixing this ****** problem that I am facing, nothing has been done still. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL FROM THE TECHNICIAN. THE SAD PART IS THE DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY WITHOUT FAIL, FOR THIS PATHETIC SERVICE. TRACKER CONNECT I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT SHOULD ANYTHING HAPPEN TO MY CAR WHILE IM STILL WAITING FOR YOUR PEOPLE TO CALL AND FIX THIS ****** PANIC BUTTON. YOU ARE GAING TO PAY ME AND MY CAR COST OF R547 000.
