POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Terrible terrible customer service. I called countless times and sent emails to query the invoices, and product packages, but no joy was received from the consultant to even the finance department. They do not give any feedback, you always have to call them and they offer no assistance, one would refer to mistakes of the previous consultant but still unable to efficiently provide solutions I would give a minus for their service if there were a minus score.
