POOR BAD SERVICE

Your service sucks.

I have signed up with tracker in 2015 and 2016 my vehicle got ******.Since they whole process of signing up was done via insurance company that recommended tracker it was never explained about the unit how everything works. When I started to engage tracker to locate my vehicle was told that the unit needs me to open a case first as is a Retrieve unit which they started explaining how it works.I gave them case number only to be told I needs to be changed to ****** as it was saying possession of the vehicle without owner's consent. I did that even the police helped but the tracker was still reluctant to help us. The vehicle could have been at the border or even out of the country with me going up and down trying to meet your requirements.

Fine weeks or month later is was recovered I told tracker to change the unit or cancel the contract as I wasn't happy with the unit they installed and the service I got then they told me I will have to pay the penalties for cancellation or certain fee to upgrade to a better unit. Then I said Ok I will leave with the unit till my contract lapse of which I did.Now you guys my contract expired you renewed/extended the contract without my knowledge and when you don't receive your payment you hand me over to the attorneys, affecting my credit score and personal life. Is it because I can't afford good lawyers to take you guys on or what???????????
