Poor accounting practices
After ordering a new tag for my car tracker, I canceled it after a few days when I was told my current tag could be reprogrammed. I received an email confirming cancelation. Nw I am being charged R333 for something I canceled. I was just informed by CC staff that u have to wait 14days for a refund. Why do I have to wait when I got confirmation it was canceled and won't be charged. I want a manager to call me back immediately
