Please do get tracker their finance will give a run around for months at end to create a debit order

I am extremely frustrated with the repeated calls to your call center every month regarding the same debit order issue on my account. Despite numerous interactions, this matter remains unresolved.

All I am asking is for someone from your finance department to contact me directly so that we can settle this debit order properly and put an end to this ongoing back-and-forth.
