Please cancel the tracker Device on my car... and stop sending me invoices of huge outstanding amount.
I have 6 yrs using matrix car tracker , this year 2023 March, I lost my job . I did contact their call center to inform them that I will be unable to pay their device which is the tracker on my car , because of being unemployed.
The call centre lady promised to log a complaint to cancel the device. From March 2023 I am busy receiving invoices with huge amount that I am owing to them.
Each month I call their call center, but no help or assistance i have been receiving from their side to cancel the device and canceling all the invoices which ther are busy sending to me.
I am no longer working, that's the reason I contacted their call center to cancel the device. I won't be able to pay for it.
Please assist me on this matter...
