Plea for assistance to come to a solution
I've sent an email to Tracker, informing them that I have been involved in a Motor Accident in July 2015. I requested them for a suitable solution in order to assist me to be able to transfer the device to my new vehicle.

Due to the accident,I was without transport for 2 months resulting in an extensive loss of business. As I explained to Mr Bosoga, I would like to keep the contract, but I don't have R1010 up front to pay for a new device.

He promised to discuss the matter with Management and request a Manager to contact me in order to discuss options.

I requested that no debit orders are collected untill such time as we could come to a solution.

4 months later, despite several emails and discussions with your Call Centre, nobody contacted me to try and come up with a solution and Tracker keeps collecting Debit Orders.

This is not an action that is in the best interest of either the ethical reputation of Tracker as a company, or the client.

I really need somebody in an authoritive position to contact me with a solution and I claim that all the payments made since August will be accrued towards the agreed solution.
