Pispot company
The T - in tracker stands for Toilet. Biggest hogwash company in SA, this company should not exist. I installed a new system in June 2017 and 2 days later i decided to test the system by calling the call centre and the lady advised me to press and hold the button for a few seconds and said within 5 minutes a call centre agent will call to check what is my query but that never happened, in fact no one ever called us for over a week. A company that supposed to call and check on there clients have no idea how to do that.
Technically my family is dead, my wife and son are dead. We put our lives in there hands and they cannot assist. Why must i even pay this company. I have and will carry on reversing the payments.
To whomever is going to read this review, please do not use this companies service.
