Perthetic services

I am quite irritated and upset with there service. They call you when they feel like and ask irrelevant questions. Sometimes they would call and you have go wait for them to respond.

So on 14th of August 2023, my family and I was on route hone from having dinner with family. We was involved in an accident. My husband pressed the panic button hoping that they would call back, but till date we never here from them. Yet, if we had to drive to the store or drop off of daughter at school. They would call. Why pay the premiums if we don't get there service and why install them if they don't respond?
