Personal information compromised P9
I received a Gmail and sms message yesterday at 8.05pm. It reads as follows:" FNB:- Debi Check debit order mandate was canceled by your service provider. For queries contact Tracker Connect Pty Ltd. FNB, a Div of FRB Ltd" . I phoned tracker this morning and their response, everything is fine on our side contact your bank. This response is unacceptable from tracker. I have a serious concern that my Gmail telephone no and bank I bank with have been already compromised. I am not sure what other personal info of mine have been compromised. I have been with tracker for 10 yrs and seriously considering a cancellation. No further response as promised by tracker is forthcoming. It's seems they really don't care about their clients.
