Persistent debit orders after cancellation
I cancelled my tracker subscription earlier in the year, yet the company continues debiting my bank account and also on a random day of the month never agreed by me. I have already logged 2 complaints via the company's complaints resolution system and on both occasions i have stated in writing the company no longer has my authority to run debit orders off my account. This morning again a debit tried to run. I have never dealt with a more *********** company before.
