Permanent stains on white roof after installing the tracking unit.

I had a tracker installed in my new vehicle which has a white interior. The pillar where they installed the unit in had permanent grease stains and two pen marks on it. I tried to clean it but it was not possible. The area was so dirty and the contrast between the dark black grease and white interior. Two blue pen marks are also clearly present. After a call from the service department, I would have to pay a fee for a senior technician to come out and inspect the stain. This is totally unacceptable!
