Paying for nothing, terrible customer service

In March this year I had to replace my car battery, Toyota suggested that I have my tracking unit tested as they believed that might be the cause of the battery issues. I phoned Tracker, and they promised to get someone to contact me. 2 days later, I phoned again because I'd received no communication from them. A technician (Thabang) then contacted me and came to test my unit on 13 May. Today (24 May) I decided to test my tracker unit following the advised procedure for Tracker Alert, and left my fob at home. Over an hour later, and far from home I'd heard nothing from Tracker advising me of unauthorised movement of my vehicle (movement without my fob). I then called tracker, the lady at the call centre put me on hold for ages, couldn't track the technicians visit and asked me for the date, said she would send an email and said I might hear from them in 48 hours.

I pay monthly for this service, and it's absolutely *******! What a great business model. Install a product that doesn't work into customer vehicles, charge monthly and send an sms every now and then saying the unit has been tested remotely and is working fine. Heaven forbid my car was actually ******!

Tracker are the theives here!
