Pathetic/non existent after sales service

Still waiting for the company to contact us to sort out a faulty tracker. Had this fault for months, was told that the unit is working perfectly. I called and said there’s an issue multiple times. Less than a week after my last call I get an sms to say the tracker unit is not working and I need to call tracker??? No ****… Call tracker, I’m told I need to do some reset myself??? No no I insist someone comes out to have a look at the tracker, was told it will be done by last Thursday, gave 2 different contact numbers and an address for the vehicles still holding my breath for a call that was meant to come through on the 23rd of November. I’m stopping my debit order tracker You and your service can take a hike I’d rather just pay more fees on my insurance than deal with your incompetence and pathetic after sales services.
