Pathetic TRACKER SERVICE - unable to finalize cancellation
I cancelled my tracker subscription in Feb 2021. It is now April 2021 and I am still trying cancel my subscription. I have dealt with a total of 4 different people ( call centre agents) who each appear to have no idea where the other agent left off. I have requested to be re-embursed for the .months I co continued to be debited and as a result forwarded emails as proof of cancellation request to Prudence Mxesho. I have also emailed *** ; ***.
