Pathetic Tracker Service

We logged a call with Tracker on the 8th April for a technician to be dispatched to check their unit as it drains the car battery to the point were the car wouldnt start. We received no reference number , no follow up call. Called back on 11th April and was told it takes 72 hours for a technician to be allocated and dispatched. Called back on the 13th and was told again it takes 72 hours for a technician to be allocated and dispatched. Spoke to a Shereez who spoke to a Natalie in the dispatch of technicians and was told it will be marked urgent...believe her so much gave her a 5 start rating. *** was I fooled, as I called back today the 14th and told..yes you right..it takes 72 hours for a technician to be allocated.

Lesson here stay away from tracker god forbid you get hijacked and have to wait 72 hours for Tracker to respond ..if they do that is
