Pathetic service,inferior product quality
My vehicle was recently towed away and impounded. Tracker failed to contact me with the tow notification or whereabouts of my vehicle. It is scary to think that at any given time your vehicle can be put on flatbed despite supposedly having tracker product's which should serve as protection against such events. A call was logged however till date no response from tracker.

Please note a agent contacted me and had me on hold for 30mins, whilst on hold tracker responded to the above review stating that the query was resolved however this is not the case. I am still awaiting contact from management.
