PATHETIC SERVICE TO CANCEL, ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!

I wrote a review last month about the pathetic service from Tracker Connect, as we requested to cancel our contract in 2023 because we relocated abroad. Contract was not canceled and we were getting debited, even after the car was sold. We were finally given a settlement letter to which we paid in full and guess what?? we still got debited the monthly charge!!! after writing to Hellopeter, someone did contact us to resolve this and says that the person who gave us the settlement, was incorrect and also, we will still be debited for May. Guess what??? IT IS NOW JULY AND WE STILL RECEIVED A DEBIT. LIKE *** TRACKER CONNECT???? ARE YOU GUYS SO PATHETIC AND USELESS???? I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A MORE USELESS COMPANY THAN YOU, WHEN IT COMES TO CANCELATIONS. ITS LIKE YOU ARE RUNNING A RACE WITH TELKOM CANCELATION AND YOU ARE WINNING. GET THIS DAMN CONTRACT CANCELED IMMEDIATELTY!!!!!!
