Pathetic Service from Tracker
Pathetic Service from Tracker
Waiting for 5 days+ for technician to come an install tracking device I was signed up for,
Numerous bookings done however technician/s doesn't call or pitch for appointments set.
Incorrect sms being sent by schedulers ,
Scheduler sets own appointments without consulting the customer. (Myself)
I call in to find out why no technician/s arrives when I stay at home and not go to work waiting for the technician. Tracker customer service only apologises . This has happened 3x already.
Stay away from this unprofessional company. If service is this bad for an installation imagine a recovery in an event of an emergency.
