PATHETIC SERVICE FROM *********** TRACKER CONNECT

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I got a telephonic call from Maron offering me tracker services and clearly the guy is a pro because he explained everything and i agree to put a tracker to safeguard my car but little did i know that i was making the worst mistake. On the 3rd of May tracker did send an *********** amateur to install the tracker on my car. I dont know if i should call that person an installer or what because he did not even do simple checklist on my car but just start the car and install his tracker and shockingly when he was done my car could not start , drive backwards or forward. He did not even write his name, date, technician code and signature but instead he left a blank installation certificate and when i tried to call him using the number he was using when i got home from work the number was a wrong number *** to ask that my car is no longer driving. I called the call centre and was advised that the ***essor will come on Saturday 07 May 2016. A guy by the name Rupert *** came and couldnt drive the car and opted to disconnect the tracker to see if the car can work but after he disconnected the car couldnt start at all and he put back the tracker . He left the car not working because he failed to fix what the other installer messed in my car and told me to look for an auto electrician and told me tracker will pay but surprisingly tracker told me that they dont deal with auto electricians so i have to pay for their mess from my pocket. And this Rupert guy gave a wrong feedback to the company saying its not a tracker related. My question is , how did he come to that conclusion before the auto'S outcome. Clearly he is a typical **** just like the company he is representing . I didnt have any problem with my car before and i even took my kids to school that morning before they touch my car. Its now more than a week without a car because of tracker connect. Now i have a problem that i got because tracker was experimenting on my car and no-one want to help me. Was it an offence to put tracker on my car? i curse the day tracker called me because now i dont have a car. I am now handing over my case to my lawyers ( Scorpion ) . CAN YOU GUYS COME A TAKE AWAY YOUR TRACKER GARGETS OFF MY CAR SO THAT I CAN FIX YOUR MESS. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Concerned</span></p>
