Pathetic Service

I've been a long standing customer of Tracker Connect, however after my last interaction with them, I will definitely not be renewing my contract with them. Their useless technician was fitting a device into my new vehicle - so new that it had not even left the dealership as yet. In his hurry to get done for the day the technician dismantled part of my dashboard and didnt reassemble it correctly. It made a terrible rattling noise that had to be repaired by the dealership. Further more in his carelessness he left a deep scratch on a panel - which Tracker now polished off and refuses to replace. What happens when the polish rubs off? Who is meant to fix that panel? All this on a car that only had 15km on the clock.

Damn useless fools - quick to take the money but cant render a proper service!
