Pathetic service

They have an absolute no regard for customer service and lack of urgency in rendering any service. All they do is take you from pillar to post without even listening to what your concerns are rather the are telling you about their system that is useless leaving you wondering if you are in safe hands. I've had two incidents of fault and both incidents their response have been poor. Thier turn around time is horrible as they will attend to you when they feel like. I feel they are busy recruiting new clients at the expense of serving the current clients. It's such a mission to get Tracker to attend to your concerns. They lack in handling customer concerns. They literally will take anything between 2 to 4 weeks to render any service
